Leroy Swords, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. Adam Swords, passed away in Baltimore from spinal meningitis. Born in Portsmouth, he worked at Baltimore shipyards and attended local schools. He is survived by his parents, several siblings, and a grandmother. Funeral services will be held at Long Run United Brethren Church.
