Cemetery Location Description:
OGSCN: 10938. Condition: Neglected. Also known As: Mitchell Cemetery, Morrison Cemetery. Location: Approximately 16 miles west of Portsmouth on US 52W on the old Selby Farm. The cemetery is located 8.2 miles west of SR 125 on the right side of US 52. You will have to park your car where there is a cable across a lane and then walk west to the end of the guardrail and climb up the hill to the cemetery. There is no clear path of travel up the hill. The cemetery is located approximately 100 yards up the hill. First burial: 1801.
