- 20240424: Cemetery is located on VMS15731, and appears to be located on Parcel 23-1065.000 owned by David Whissen, Lavonna Harper, and Kelli Schaeffer. A review of the Scioto County Recorder’s records shows that there is currently David Whissen the one of the owner’s for that property who appeared to reside at the parcel is listed as deceased on September 26, 2021. The legal description of the property does mention the parcel bordering the Charles Eichenlaub farm.
