“Some of the men and boys who go bathing in the Ohio, at the grade below the wharfboat, annoy the officers and passengers of the steamer Scioto in the evening on her arrival, to such an extent, as to demand official interference. Ladies on the boat have been grossly insulted by the bathers. Their conduct needs to be corrected.”1
