
“Sarah L Washington, who resides in Richmond, Missouri; Margaret R. Shelby, who resides in Richmond, Missouri; and Margaret M. Campbell, who resides in Monnett, Missouri, will take notice that on the seventh day of September, 1894, Maria V. Morris files her petition in the Common Pleas Court of Scioto county, Ohio, in case No. 8661 against the above named parties and others praying that her interest may be set off to her in severalty in the west half of the west half of inlot No. 311 in the city of Portsmouth, Scioto county, Ohio, the same being 20 feet 7 1/2 inches front on the south side of Second street between Market and Court streets, running back to an alley in the rear, and that the dower of Carrie E. Huston2 in one-fourth part of said premises may be assigned to her and that subject thereto partition may be made of said premises above described, or if that cannot be done without manifest injury thereto that such proceedings may be had as are authorized by law.”
