“Forty men are at work cutting weeds and paths through the old German cemetery east of Grandview avenue. Many graves are also being filled. Some time ago many bodies were moved to Greenlawn and the graves were not refilled at that time. When work of cleaning up the cemetery is completed it will be in the best condition in years.”1
