Louisa Kirkendall vs. Andrew Kirkendall. Petition filed August 6, 1889. The parties have been married since the 30th day of November, 1872, and have four children. The defendant is charged with extreme cruelty, and with repeated acts of adultery with a woman named Adaline Greenslate¹ who lived on Pond Creek, and that he is now living with the said Adaline. The plaintiff’s maiden name was Ray.”²
