“Mrs. Lucretia Casey, 86, one of the oldest residents of Sciotoville, died Wednesday at 5 PM at her home on Bonser run. Death was due to infirmities. Mrs. Casey was the widow of William Casey who died about 10 years ago. Surviving is one adopted son, Raymond Smittle.”
“The funeral will be held Friday at 2 PM at the home with Reverend AP Benjamin1 of the Christian church officiating. Interment will be in the Bonser run cemetery under the direction of Louis Ted Hacquard.”2
