Auto Accident Proves Fatal for Miss Clara Hosz

Miss Clara Hosz, 72, who was injured in an automobile accident on Saturday, November 2, passed away in Mercy hospital Thursday morning at 10:10 o’clock. The immediate cause of her death was embolism. Miss Hosz was injured about the head and back when struck by a machine but she was getting along nicely when the blood clot developed.”

“Miss Hosz made her home with her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs.2, 1416 Park Avenue.”

“The accident occured on Eleventh street near Offnere and the machine was driven by CB Foster of Logan street. Miss Hosz was so much better yesterday that she had planned to return to her home today. She had been a lifelong and honored resident of this city. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2 PM in the Daehler Funeral Home and interment will be in Greenlawn.”3
