“Louis Dyer, 24, was taken into custody at Second and Market streets Friday by Officers Haley and Branham for alleged jumping a board bill at the Arlington hotel. The defendant was locked up at the city jail but later secured his release on bond for his appearance for trial next Wednesday.”1
