“Funeral services for Mrs. Ruthie McGinnis¹, 19 of Hill road, West Side, wife of Howard McGinnis, who died Thursday at Portsmouth General hospital, a few hours after the birth of a daughter, were to be held at 2:30 PM at the home. Reverend Oscar Williams was to officiate and burial was to be in Larkin’s cemetery.”²
