
“Charles Good12, the ten year old son of William Good, a colored man, known as a rag buyer, was run over by a Ninth Street streetcar, driven by Wash Hoskins, on Ninth street near Findley yesterday afternoon, and received injuries from which death ensued fifteen minutes later. He was racing with the car, and having outrun it, was crossing in front of the horse, when the animal struck him and he fell on the track, the car running over him with the above result. An inquest was held last evening, and a verdict rendered in accordance with the facts.”3
