Teamster Badly Hurt

“Portsmouth, Ohio, September 4
A serious occurred at Raven Rock Freestone Works, near this city, this morning. George Puckett, a teamster, started out of the quarry with an immense rock on his wagon; the rock slipped off, falling on him, fearfully crushing his right hip and ribs. Recovery is doubtful. He has a wife and two children.”1
