“Sealed bids will be received at the County Infirmary by the Clerk of the Board of Directors of Scioto County, Ohio, until 12 o’clock, Monday, July 31st, 1911, for furnishing and delivering in the coal house at the county infirmary 5,000 bushels good steam coal, guaranteed 60 per cent lump mine run, to be delivered during the months of September and October, 1911. All bids must be sealed and marked proposals for furnishing coal and addressed to William Weidner, clerk of the Board of Infirmary Directors, County Infirmary, Portsmouth, Ohio. This right is reserved to reject any or all bids.” 1
