A Kick On Wishon

“There is much complaint on the part of persons living in the neighborhood of the county infirmary, of the negligence of Superintendent Wishon. It is claimed that Wishon spends too much of his time riding around over the country in his buggy, allowing inmates to do as they please. The insane patients at the Infirmary have been allowed to roam the country at will and Sunday one of them, a lady, was found two miles from the infirmary on the banks of the river. Wishon should attend to the business for which he draws his salary.1
