“Mary Flannigan, who was sent from this county to the Asylum nearly twenty years ago, died in that institution on last Sunday morning. Judge Dawson was telegraphed by the Asylum authorities concerning the disposal of the remains, but was unable to find out anything about the woman. It would seem, in this connection, that the record made up when a patient is sent to the Asylum is a little lame, as there is no intimation of the habitation of the patient further than the county. So that in a case, as this one, where so long a time elapses, all trace of the domicile is likely to be lost.”1
